Robotic Free Stall Dairy Addition

Project consisted of an 82' x 320' 3 row free stall dairy barn addition with a connection lane to their existing bank barn.  Scrape alleys pushed manure to a holding tank where it is transfered to an existing manure storage. Milkhouse area also features a second floor viewing of main free stall barn. Some features included in this dairy addition include:

  • GEA MIone 2 box Automated Milking System (Milk First)

  • BED lighting in barn

  • New max air curtain systems

  • Single curtain for 12' sideware

  • Operating with pipe drive system without cables or pullies

  • Jourdain headlocks and stabling

  • New 3/4" diamond pattern grooving by GCG
