Existing structures, vehicular movement, access to feed, expansion plans, topography, and the local and provincial/state regulations must all be considered in any good site plan.

Using Global Positioning System (GPS) technology, we can accurately plot the location of existing structures on your farm. We then use government-issued computer software to determine minimum distance separation requirements from neighbors, watercourses, roadways, and other critical features. If expansion is your goal, our final step is to develop a site plan with several potential building sites and discuss the pros and cons of each.
